Hi Dawsey, I am bit confused. I sent some request of info to the hotel that are considered to be guest friendly and that I think may suit us, but received weird answers. They always say that rooms are for 2 people, does it mean that my gal and I won't be able to host any BG or LB? I hope it's just a misunderstanding due to the language...hope I don't have to make any drawing

I think what the hotel are thinking,is that you alone will be taking the room and it will be OK for you to take a guest. ie Room for 2. I think you will be fine.
By saying the room is for 2 people,in LOS you pay for the room, not he number of occupants.I think that is the confusion.
What is the name of the hotel? I expect someone on the forum can confirm for you it IS G/F.

Do you mean my GF and I won't have any problem in hosting women?? I really hope so!! Anyway, I sent e-mails to Dynasty Inn, Honey hotel and Swiss grottino. Do you have other to recommend? What we look for is a hotel possibly with in room safe, clean, not more than 1500 bht per night and most of all..........GUEST FRIENDLY!!!!

Room is for 2 means room is for 2. If you stay alone in a room and you bring a second person in, then you don't pay, it is guest friendly. If you stay 2 in a room and you bring a 3rd person in, you may have to pay extra for that third person.

Does it mean that we, being a couple, should be prepared to pay an extra everytime we decide to bring somebody in? I really hope somebody can advice us hotels that are really GUEST FRIENDLY!!

The one I gave the address for is Samui Lagoon Bay Resort in Cheweng.. Its a lovely little resort in a quiet part of Cheweng, Its really nice there and I will be staying there again in April... I actually like Cheweng but dont like Ibiza and personally dont see the comparison...

ALLY remember i am 19 years older than you 5555555
i have been to samui 2 times and to be honest i dont think there will be a third time its just not for me especially when you can find the same relaxation daytime and not so hectic nightlife in HUAHIN without the hassle of flying there.
i prefer Lamai because its more relaxing with enough bars and nightlife to get by after you have been to patong or patts i like to chill out at the end of my holiday i enjoy a night in chaewang especially the green mango disco but on my 3 nights there i personally dont like the type of punters who gather there around 12.30 pm usually totally pissed up and looking for a fight with anyone who does not speak PROPER like them ! a scottish accent to them is an invitation to annoy the **** out of you with the intention of goading you into a fight well its not that i am scared from cunts like that its just that when i am in los i dont intend to end up in a jail so i avoid trouble if i can so far succesfuly I HAVE NEVER experienced this any where else in thailand where everyone socialises and mixes well as i say you tend to get a lot of ibiza type punters (city of london workers) in chaewang who cant habdle any more than 5 drinks before becoming aggresive
i think i will apply for a spot on the next series of grumpy old men 555555555

So stop asking the same over and over again, and go there and see for yourself.

Hopefully, someone will see this. I am arriving in BKK from the states around 11:30pm. Has anyone used Dynasty Inn's pickup service from the airport? I am a little nervous booking some wheer since I am coming in kind of late. I will be heading out for Phuket the following afternoon. Also, I see from everyone's reviews that it is close to some action. Is it really as easy as leaving the hotel, walking 30 seconds and finding some fun? Thanks!!!
