Isabella..there are 2 holliday inns, in BKK..which one do you mean, the one on ploncit Rd or the one on Silom Rd.

Try AsiaRoom and read their reviews..but being Holliday inns, and owned by intercontinental, i dont think you will find anything wrong with them or their service.
