Bkk to Sukhumvit Q's
I'm heading back to blighty on the 24th november. So I am going to go to Bangkok the day before. I am not familiar with BKK at all, but I do want to spend one night looking around Sukhumvit.
I would like to know the following :- How far is it from the New Airport to Sukhumvit (nan nai plaza)? Also can anyone recommend a hotel for no more than 1k for just one night in that area? How far is Sukhumvit from Khao San Road? Thanks in advance. E ps When I come back, anyone want anything (eg marmite) again?

I am only in Bkk from about 2pm thursday and then fly to england at 8am on Friday. Such an early flight back to England! Again Thanks E

8 am flight.. need to be heading that way at 5 - 6 am.. You dont need a hotel (other than a ST one)..

Bono, I will enquire about leaving my bags at the airport, that way dont need to get a hoel at all, and just go and have fun like you said.
