My reservation at Manhattan was just denied...booked solid.

Is Woraburi girlfriendly...do they have a joiner fee? Thanks.

My guess is its one of those places that will try it on if they can.. when I wandered into it I had never heard of it and made it clear.. When I said no guest fee etc I got a sly smiling look that could have been 'ok you know the ropes' or could have been 'ohh heres another sex pest' or maybe a little of both.. hard to tell with these Thai smiles.

hmmmm...well they seem to be booked too. What has been your luck with booking upon arrival?

Also the Royal Asia Lodge looks decent and has availability for 1200 Baht a night. Any opinions about them? Girl/guest friendly?

Called the Royal Asia...they confirmed no joiner fee and girl friendly. Guy on the phone said they even have in-room massage service (+more if desired)

Cost: 1400 baht a night (phone reservation)
or 1200 baht a night (internet reservation)

Hopes this info helps anyone else looking too.

HI Guys,

I'm staying at Royal Asia Lodge from Dec 30th until Jan 10th. It looks good enough on the website. £180 for 11 days - Can't be bad! I booked for double occupance just to make sure I would have no problems.
