Hey guys. I am staying at a few places for this visit and was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction. I am staying in Bangkok for two nights at the Oriental and do not have time for BG's. Just looking for a really good massage parlor with some extras offered. Is there anything in walking distance of the Oriental?

I have done my research on here for Phuket so I dont need much help there.

My last stop is in Bejing. Are these services readily available over there too?

Are you talking about a soapy massage place? They are all quite a drive away, the ones known to me anway. Maybe Chaophya 2 (CP2) the closest but you couldn't walk it.

For a "regular" MP I don't know about walking but try Silom Road. Maybe better to just pick a place you like the sound of and get a call out to the hotel.

Wow that really is not what I wanted to here. I was really hoping there was something in walking distance of the Oriental Hotel. Yea something along the lines of soapy massage. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. I dont think the hotel itself offers any happy endings which would be nice just to stay in house. I leave next week so if any one has any tips on something close again I would really appreciate it.

If there were soapies in walking distance it wouldn't be such a $$$ hotel I suspect. They tend to be concentrated in certain areas so you've got a ton over in ratchadapisek road area, many grouped along petchburi/new petchburi road and then the odd one like CP2 a little out on their own. Is it really that big a problem to just get a taxi? I mean you're going to be spending a couple of hours there anyways.

Like I say CP2 I believe to be the closest and would be a good choice actually - no rip off there/foreigner surchage/taxi commission.
