I'll be in BKK on march 6 about 11.40pm, imigration check, Luggage, taxi and I shoud be in the hotel about 1am (swiss hotel)
Is there is any late action beside NEP?
Biergarten on soi 7 with freelancers, maybe?

You can forget NEP for the time being. Last night Alfie and myself approached the Plaza around 1am only to see the mass band of punters, girls and LB's marching out.
New police chief has decided to exercise the law which means Nana and Cowboy closing at 1am however, Patpong stays open until 2am.
Not to worry because there are loads of ''underground'' places to go which stay open till dawn and beyond for instance a place called Sanuk bar which is located in the Tunnel between Suk Soi 5 & 7.

Go to the Nana carpark... where true supply meets true demand. They have vendors there selling beers out of styrofoam ice chests. The action goes on until about 4AM. It's quite fun to watch, and you can dip your toes in if you like....

IF NANA PLAZA IS closed then just take the short journey along to soi cowboy its in a different police district so not the same police chief should be open as usual until 2.30am

It is not a new police chief in Lumpini (Nana) or Thonglor (Soi Cowboy) but for Bagkok as a whole....... All places seem to be affected.

One still open late daily is Rong Muang soi 5..... Enjoy!

Nana was still rocking at 1.30am this morning, so perhaps it was just a bit of sabre rattling by the new General of BIB.

in addition to the action in the Nana hotel carpark, along the odd numbered side of Sukhumvit, there will be loads of Thais setting up "bars" along the sidewalk and plenty of girls looking for a boyfriend for the night.

If you are referring to The Swissotel (Le Concorde or Merchant Court) on Ratchadapisek Road there are several places in walking distance. See link for map: http://www.bangkoksite.com/Entertain...chadapisek.htm
Right across from the hotel you will find several soapies: Subway (no good), Emmanuelle and Hi Class. Caesars next door is also a soapie. Claudia across the street is full of action, but geared for Japanese and Koreans. The next block north is for Farang. On the corner of Soi 17 and Ratchadapisek Road (Facing Rat.) is a good one. It is either called Copa Cabana or Poseidon. Going south there are many other, but except for Utopia (Great soapie) I have little experience. All of the soapies are likely to be closed when you arrive, however, if you have time the next day and want a soapie you should take a taxi (50 baht) to Utopia. The Swissotel is girl friendly, but require reservation for two. If you have reservation for one, the additional fee is 500 baht and will be applied to all subsequent room nights. Last time I made reservation in advance the difference in cost between 1 and 2 people were 200 baht.

Got to go with TanMan on on this one. IMO the Nana car park was great place to be. Plenty of beer around and places to eat watching the girls ply their trade. Not forgetting Angel's disco in the Nana hotel plenty of FL and open till at least 2am.

Life doesn't get much better

here is a link to a map of the Ratchada MP area, which shows the Swissotel. I highly recomend Nataree MP for finding lots of hot, willing ladies. Massage, Nightclubs, Karaoke and Entertainment on Ratchadapisek Road Map

If you'd taken the time to do some reading you would have seen loads of stuff regarding this.......

However as i've just paid for my flight today i will be nice 55555

Bar fines are what you pay the bar to take the girl out of the bar. This can vary in price depending on where you are for instance a go-go bar in Nana you're looking at 600 baht. This is compensation for the bar, for them losing an employee. Before you pay the bar fine however you should agree a price beforehand with the girl, and tell her what you want short time or long time.

In Bangkok head to either, my personal favourite place, Soi Cowboy, Patpong or nana plaza. both Nana Plaza and Soi cowboy are on Thanon Sukhumvit. Patpong is near the Silom district, and a complete dump IMHO. Easiest way to get to Soi Cowboy is either take a taxi from where you are or take the sky train to Asok. It's something like soi 23??? but you Can't miss it. However things are slightly different if you head to say, bier garten, nana car park after hours, Angel disco in the Nana hotel or where ever. They are freelancers, and therefore no barfine is paid. But still agree a price before hand AND NEVER pay a girl until afterwards, wether it be after you have done whatever, or the next morning depedning on your arrangement.

Try some of the soapies, for instance Annies or you could go to the bier garten, which is a pub type place for daytime activities. I think bier garten from memory is on soi 5 or 7 on thanon sukhumvit. Opposite side of the road from where Nana Plaza and Nana hotel is on Thanon Sukhumvit.. If i remeber correct it's on the left hand side of the soi as you walk down. Walk down a couple of minutes and you will find it. Eden club, which i believe is a soapie type place but i have never been so not 100% sure, is also round that area, but i am not 100% sure (again) what soi it is on. There are many other soapies in Bangkok but use the search function and you will find more.

Hope this helps a little
