If it's the one that has two hotel's with the same name they are a nightmare (Soi 9 & Soi 22 Sukhumvit?). I stayed there for a couple of nights last year and it was awful, the windows don't shut properly and the traffic never stops; no sleep.

Accommodation: I stayed at the Town Lodge Hotel, at bottom of Soi 18, off Sukhumvit Road. Closest BTS station: Asok. Nightly rate: 1400THB (deluxe room). I would recommend this boutique hotel to fellow BMs, as its advantages outweigh its disadvantages. Staff were proficient in English, the rooms were new, nicely decorated and of a fairly good size. Totally guest-friendly. Breakfast included (eggs and toast) and self-serve coffee and croissants. Free use of the internet. Toxic Nightclub located on ground floor inside hotel! On the flipside, the hotel is positioned at the bottom of Soi 18, and I reckon the walk to Sukhumvit Rd is about 300-400 metres. Add another 200 metres to get to Asok BTS. Hot work in the middle of the day! The complimentary Tuk Tuk service seemed to be out of action whilst I was there. Granted though, I didn’t enquire about it. Secondly, there is construction work commencing next door to the hotel, which will affect a number of rooms. I would consider choosing this hotel again.

Staying a month in the Nana Hotel would probably kill me.

the street enroute Nana Entertainment bars
