Hi All,

First time in Bangkok with family! so need a GOOD hotel ( not very expensive ) but clean and NOT girl friendly ... far away from the GIRLS and Nana plaza and the rest lol...

I need recomendations.... I will be in Bangkok to visit temples and doing the touristy things ...

If you guys can reply, it'll be great! thanks in advance!

No sure how much you are willing to pay.

Near Siam Square there are several nice hotels.

Also in Silom area there are several. For example the Holiday Inn in Silom starts about $65 (RM250). That Holiday Inn is walking distance to the river, Silom Village and several good restaurants including the Blue Elephant and Sirocco (expensive). The Sky train is in walking distance and Siam Square is less than 100 baht away.

thanks for the quick reply!

I shall look at the hotels near Siam Square and list them out here and hope someone / you can let me know which would be a good choice. I am looking at something like 150 - 200 RM, double occupancy.
