Nana Hotel

I have been trying to book a room at Nana Hotel for a couple of days. I've heard a lot about it so I thought I better try it once. I heard it's something to see at least once. I've e-mailed them 3 or 4 times from their web-site over the past week and not got an answer yet. That's not too unusual for LOS but time is running short. Is there another way to e-mail them besides through the reservations part in their web-site? Anyone stayed there? I'm probably going to have to start trying other hotels.

Just click on the Thailand hotel links on Phuket-Info and then click on Bangkok Hotels and then go down down to Sukhumvit Soi 4 and there is the Nana Hotel. Nicke is linked to Sawadee.com, a hotel booking engine that has good rates and service. I have used them 3 times, through phuket-info, and not had a problem. Found their rates comparable to everybody else, and better than some of the hotels websites rates. Tried to book Majestic Suites with them twice but sold out both times and they made a reservation for me at NANA instead and told me that it was confirmed if I wanted it, so at least I knew that I had a hotel room. You will have to send them a deposit and also pay for the room in full prior to arrival.

They have responded to me overnight every time.

If Nana is not available ask them about Majestic Suites.

If Makestic is not available then try Dynasty(Like Nana) or Dynasty Grande(pricier but nice, just paid 2280 baht I think, about 200 yards from Nana Plaza).

It's not just you. I have a reservation with them and i emailed to confirm this as I will be staying there in a few weeks. I have not had a reply yet... I am guessing it's there server or something as when i first emailed them back in October they answered within 3 hours. I think they have a phone number on there if you want to try and ringthjem instead.

I wonder if it has anything to do with them remodeling? Was there in Nov, and they were expanding and in the middle of a big renovation project.

Does anyone know if they've finished or, if they are still working on the hotel??

I just got an overnight confirm from them yesterday about a stay there next month No problems at all using their web page reservation system...

Seafox's advice paid off. After trying through this forums service I got a reply right away. Just one question, is there a joiner fee now?? Here is the response I got, and I asked about a joiner fee.....

Bushdoctor, here is the response I got in no time. Further.... a joiner fee at Nana Hotel??? Well, here's the first time I used the 5555555555, not laughing at you, but just laughing because it is so far from possible. They have a FL disco in the lobby. And, a decent one at that...

A middleman in a hotel service will NEVER know a joiner policy. After all they are servicing 100's of hotels... Good luck, but try one more time through their web page...

The joiner fee was a surprise to me too. Now that I re-read it I can see that she might have been trying to say it's included. Hard to tell. I'll believe you and not worry about it. I can't imagine an extra charge.

I usually always stay there on my first night cos I normally get in late, about 12.30 (after midnight) plus I always book in my name and my girlfriend's as well.
Last time she actually met me there, had already booked in and put her suitcase in the room then came back down to wait for me - 'mai mee panhaa' .. no problem.....so you wont have any trouble with taking a young lady back with you.
Also I've never had a problem with bookings, either direct or thru Sawadee.

You could just hang out at the bar just outside of the club amd either pick em out before they go in or when they leave. The lounge outside the club is relaxing

yeah that's what I do sometimes I sit there and watch the chicks going to the disco and check out if there are some hot ones but usually plenty of pretty girls
