Alright people, im staying in president park soon, not far from soi cowboy and wanted to know the best places for soapies around there or on sukhumvit road. How much are the usually and any good stories swans.

I am not to familiar with the ones near Sukhumvit, except to Annie's. IMO that place sucks. About a 60 baht taxi ride away is Utopia. That is the best place for a soapie I have been. As Far as I remember the downstairs fish-bowl pricing at Utopia is 1800-2400 (2hr) and side-liners and upstairs fishbowl are 2200+ (1.5 hr).

There aren't that many in that area really - Annie's off soi 4, Darling on Soi 12, and maybe Cupidy on petchburi road but isn't that far. I'm not sure I'd recommend any of those for your first time - there is a lot of negative feedback...annie's for low quality, darling for price, and for cupidy if it's your first time you will likely get overcharged unless you go forewarned and prepared. But as I often say...when it comes to soapies there is little consensus - search enough and you will find good, bad, great and awful reviews of every one of them.
Colonze2 on Ratchadapisek Soi 7 would be my recommendation for your first try - unlike most others there are no foreigner surcharges, taxi commissions, inflated prices, etc. The downside is there aren't many working there. There are loads of soapy MPs all around ratchada though so you can wonder in to a few and take a look, you just have to be wary of the prices and not letting the taxi take you there.

don't waste your time with the dragons at Annies or the 2500B charge for mediocre girls at Darlings.
Go to the Asok subway station. Buy a 20B ticket to Huay Kwang station. Go out of exit 3 and you are in the shadow of Emmanuell MP (which has Hi-Class right next to it. There is Nataree (my favorite) a few yards down the street or go further up the street to Poseidons for some model types(with acommpanying price tags) map link: Massage, Nightclubs, Karaoke and Entertainment on Ratchadapisek Road Map on the way home stop at Somboon Seafood next to the subway station for a good meal. Alternativley, you can tell a cab to take you to the Prince hotel on Suk Soi 3 and New Petchaburi Road and go around the corner to the Plaza Entertainment complex. Go to the back left corner of the parking lot and there is Cupidy MP. Don't let the taxi take you there to avoid the add-on fee. Fishbowl girls are 1800B and sideliner 2200B, don't let the papasan overcharge you (tell him you paid these rates last time before he even quotes a price). Upstairs the Plaza has a few levels of girls too. map link: New Petchburi Road Map Meree and Evita MPs at New Petch and Ekamai are decent too.

Yeah, take the MTR from Asok and go to Ratchadapisek road.
I'm pretty sure I went to Emmanuelle - 2400 for 90mins. Not all the girls did soapies though. Be careful to ask that it's defo a soapie- some of them aren't. Poseidon for example doesnt do soapies.
