With some hotels you can get by with that. Best thing is to send them an email and ask them straight out. Tell them that you intend to book a double occupancy room and that you want confirmation that you can bring a guest as the second occupant, without incurring any additional fees or charges.

Guests at the Majestic Suites can use the swimming pool at the Majestic Grande without any extra charge. It's only a short walk.

There are several guest-friendly hotels in the area comparable to the Royal Benja in price and with swimming pools. If you're getting a special discount at the Benja and not staying long, you may just want to pay the joiners' fee. However, the Benja isn't a good hotel if you're planning on bringing back several ladies per day or more than one lady at a time. It's not a guest-friendly hotel and definitely not monger friendly.

However, if you've booked a double room and take back a lady during the afternoon or early evening for a short-time session, you probably won't be charged a joiner's fee. It's only when you come back late at night that they are strict.

If you ask reception they will give you a voucher to use all the facilities at the majestic Grande not just the pool for the duration of yuor stay. So you can also use the sauna and steam room. If you walk up soi 4 and take a short cut thru the Rajah Hotel passed Annies (Ok that short cut could now turn into a 2 hour
short cut ) The Majestic Grande is right in front of you!
