The big super markets have a big range if I remember correctly as for price, I can't. But it will depend on what type of lingerie you want for her!

You could try this place.
Not Bangkok but Boutique Sexy in Pattaya has all that gear and a couple of times earlier this year whilst heading to Bangkok from Pattaya I have picked up orders for some of those top notch ladyboys who work in Guess Bar, Bangkok which suggests a similar place is not to be found in the Big Mango which is more that a little bit surprising.

They have big selections at Siam Paragon 1st floor and in the Emporium shopping centre but these are at the upper end of the price range. Expensive stores vs market/street stalls there's not much in between that I know of.
In my experience thai girls aren't that excited about lingerie as we like it though they'll happily buy a million and one different bras...
