It's been 15 years...
It's been at least 15 years since my one and only visit to BKK. I went with a friend for 2 weeks and stayed for 6. I had fun with some FL's but in my very much younger days I didn't have the means nor the street smarts I do now.
From reading many, many posts I see that BKK has changed a lot. And for the better I might add. All you BM's have done a good job with your night time exploit stories, not to mention the generous lady pics... it has my head going ga-ga The problem is I'll be traveling with my wife-to-be and my parents and our small child. Yes a family vacation!!! We'll be in BKK for 6 nights and then it's off to Samui for 7 nights. I've worked out a plan to arrange a couple of nights out on the town with the missus. Nothing too crazy as she wont go for hanging around NEP or Soi Cowboy. Instead I've sold her on the idea of checking out Q Bar, Bed Supper Club and The Tunnel. To be honest deep down I feel it will be impossible to get some action but I live in hope that someone out there will have the wisdom I desperately seek. Has anyone else been in this situation? What can I do? Is it better not to go at all? Cheers in advance, DiscoBoy

thanks for taking it in the spirit it was intended (so to speak)
long gap though, maybe rosetinted memory banks, also jeopardise current situation? up to you of course (we all think we have unfinished business in thailand, thats the problem) a very old and sick joke about the bar scene is that i will stop going once the risk of meeting one of my own (adult of course) kids is too high

Not sure if you're asking whether you should do this or for tactics on getting away with it?
 The former has to be up to you but the latter...leave the kid with the parents and surprise her with a spa treatment preferably one that lasts 2-3 hours 5555  The area around emporium shopping center on suk soi 24 might be a good place to pull this off also maybe you can leave her there to do shopping while you "go to the cinema" on the top floor. Buy a ticket and make a swift exit

If you are lookng for tactics, as the previous BM stated, surprise her with a 2 - 3 hour spa treatment or send her off shopping for a few hours. I am sure that within a few metres of whatever hotel you are staying in there will be a massage parlour where you will be able to get a happy ending. If you are staying near Sukumvit,I would suggest you go to the beer Garten (soi 5 or 7, I can never remember) take a girl or girls to the Star Inn Hotel (2 minutes away), the room will cost you 200baht per hour, the girls will cost 1000baht each. There are nice hot showers there to wash away any unwanted girlie odours.
If you are close to soi 8 wander down to Lolitas if you fancy a good bl****b, you can tell the wife back in the Hotel you are going to the 7 11 for beer or something and when you come back an hour later just tell her you got lost or stopped off at a bar for a drink or had a game of pool. If your wife to be has not been to BKK before you might find that she will find the heat and humidity too much. This would be a perfect chance for you "to go for a stroll" I have used all the excuses and I never had a problem. Have a great time. Look forward to hearing how you get on

Just remember that this time your wife to be will expect you to go home after 2 weeks not stay 6. 555555
