hi board,
anyone know where there is a good vitamin shop ?
i have tried gnc but they dont have what i am looking for.
i am looking for tribulus, maca, zma.
anyone know of a speclialty shop here in bangkok?

Most of the Boots outlets down in Phuket carry a selection of Vitamins.You should try one of them out in Bangkok.

well thanks for that,
but i have benn to about 5 boots, and they dont have what i want.
i need a heath store, that sells health supplements.

SCB Park has a proper vitamins and supplements shop at the bottom of the West Tower, ironically near McDonalds.

Cute assistant in there as well.

Actually, they have loads of branches

It is called GNC which stands for General Nuitrition Centre.

Where you starting from I'll tell you the nearest branch as SCB is right up on the North loop of Ratchadaprisek, north of Jatujak.

well thanks schmeen but if i would have known it was gnc , i could have saved a trip there.
the gnc's here in thailand are a joke.
the have about 40% of the stuff that real gnc's have.

i am more interested in work out supplements. they have a very small selection for that.

anyone know where i can find tribulus? cell tech products?no2?
things like that.

No idea, I just knew the shop was there, I've never been in, and never been in any other.

A trip to SCB is never wasted, so many good looking girls!!!

You could try checking round a few gyms, sometimes they'll have supplements for sale.

Well done for being able to stomach maca my god that stuff tastes and smells like shit. I hear about these guys that have it with everything - mixing it with porridge, drinking it with hot water even making "cake bars" out of it.
