any one knows which area is best for meeting locals,Travelers , bag pck, etc in bangkok. also any info on "black moon party" any 1 going in march for "black moon party??????

Hey IJ, In daylight hours, how about the Bus Stop opposite NEP, at least if your waiting to meet a mate and their late, you can get a good cheap meal in a clean out door beer garden with sport on TV and the piss is always cold and staff are friendly.

Fvck I miss the place, 2 more months to go!
