is it really better to stay near the action area?

i just like to share a thought with you guys. on this latest bkk trip i stayed in a serviced apartment pretty far from the action. the apt was located at sanam pao, which is kinda on the fence regarding convenience. it wasn't inconvenient to go anywhere because it's right next to the BTS, yet it was a little far from most places of interest.

anyway, i brought back a few AGG girls to my apartment, and i realized something. i am not a perpetual cheap charlie, but i have my moments. this trip, i just did not feel justified in paying long-time 4000 baht (apparently the standard rate) and was not really able to bargain it down much so i paid 2000 baht for every single girl. most of them were a little surprised that i would stay so far, i'm guessing most men who visit them stay nearby, or at least within the main action area of sukhumvit.

so here's what happened: out of the 4 ladies i brought back, only 1 of them insisted to go home after that. the other ladies found it too troublesome to go home after the deed, especially since they had to walk down the alley to get to the main road, and they eventually stayed long-time anyway, despite our agreement that i'd pay only 2000 baht for short time. i love to hug women to sleep, unlike some men who only like sex but not the cuddling and stuff, so it was great for me. so i realized that perhaps it may be a good idea to stay far away from the action area, so that they will have less reason to insist on going home after short-time. what do you guys think?
