clubs in bangkok

hi,i'm from singapore and everytime i go to bangkok with my gal friends,it's all about shopping and sometimes clubbing but in places where gals "work"(not intentionally).so this time,i would like to go to a proper club where you can dance and have fun without being mistaken as a "working gal" .i know it's tough to find a place like that in bangkok but i'm sure there must be 1 or 2 right?please help.
