Report on Asia Airport Hotel

Arrived at Don Muang Domestic a bit late as my daughter had puked all over herself as the plane taxied in After a clean up we were last to collect our bags and look for the free pick up.Too late, the bus had gone but another was on the way.We waited for about 20mins and then went outside to load the baggage.Well to say the bus was overloaded was an understatement,it was crammed to the roof inside and the "10min" trip turned into 25mins as we went away from the hotel,up to the toll rd past the hotel,u turned and back to the lower level in horrendous traffic.If all BKK is like this then you can keep it.No way would I wish to stay in this mayhem of Bangkok traffic.Got to the hotel and were asked to pay 1710baht a night for each room.Nice clean,spacious rooms with coffee/tea facility,nice shower and comfortable bed.Its nice and quiet,no airport or traffic noise and we got an early morning call on time.I would recommend this place for its convenience and its free shuttle to and from the airport.I'm sure there are cheaper,but thats as far as I want to go in BKK.The journey back to the airport is much quicker, around 10mins and everything is portered for you.
