hi im going to bangkok soon for the first time and im going for 9 days. Anyway im into bodybuilding and would hate to go 9 days without protein drinks, is there anywhere there i could get protein powder.

I know this sounds stupid but any help would be really appreciated

Many many phamacies have protien shakes and even roids direct over the counter..

thats great i didnt want to say anything but im on a roid cycle now, would the needles and syringes be safe there

i don't understand why u don't take protein from home with u ??
for 9 days i don't think u need another suitcase for that !

well it would be heavy for 9 days i have about 4 shakes a day and some idiot as stupid as it sounds might think its some sort of drugs if i put it in a plastic container and would be easier bought out there
