I am arriving to Thailand next week from USA, and I want to get a thai cell phone for my 3 week vacation.

Please advise where I can get a prepaid cell phone to use.

12call about 250-300 baht including 50 free sms and 40 baht (last time I bought it: 1 month ago)

GSM cell phones are cheap and pre pay cards are everywhere.. Really easy out here (as is pre pay internet and whole load of other stuff that can be real awkward for the short term traveller in many 1st world countries)..

At christmas time i took my gf to big c in pattaya and bought her a samsung d500 at that time they cost £280 in the uk and in pattaya i payed 11,500 bhat which is roughly a saving of £120 cant get much better value than that am gonna buy one for myself on this trip as on my may visit to hamburg i was pissed and left mine in a girls room at the eros centre on the reeperbhan and did not remember about it until next day 555555 at least i managed to get it blocked before the thai girl could use it to call mama and papa in udon thani 5555555555
