Just saw the video clip. What and amazing clip, no not her, but all those black guys, jumping and basically climbing the walls. And that guy walking down the stairs bent over using his hands, totally amazing stuff.

the wall bouncing is called parkour.. Initially started by 2 french brothers (madmen) who leap 5+ stories up accross buildings etc..

Search for video on freerunning and parkour.. Some of the shit these guys pull is insane..

Saw a 1 hour docu on 2 frenchies on a world tour.. Climbing and running opver national monumnets.. like the roof of buck palace and london streets.. mental mental stuff.. jumps 50 ft in the air

These two picked up sponsorship from IIRC addidas.. Did some mental commercials..

Its a really fun thing and more interesting than jogging etc and more full body workout with no costly equipment needed.. Needs not be as mental as this kind of stuff..
