Long Way Around
this a series with Ewan Mcgregor and some other guy. they ride BMW motorcycles around the world. they did it the hard way, driving through Siberia and Mongolia. it was simply amazing. it was on as a marathon and i watched it for 6 hours straight.
ewan mcgregor comes off as a real down to earth guy.
i would really recommed this to watch, especially if you like bikes and traveling.
also, amazing, their last stop was to see the guys at American Chopper. its amazing how famous that show is

really good show
especially when they travelled "Road of Bones".
It was 1st shown in UK quite some time ago, more than a year IIRC and achieved kind of cult status.
The other dude is Charlie Boorman, small-time actor and son of film director John.

Hi Paul,
Have not seen it yet but had seen some promos and heard it was good. have to see when it is on in US.
Just got back from NJ, nice to see parents but weather was nasty, lots of rain. How is Boston?

Paul,
you should have been allowed by the airlines to cancel your flight and be able to use the ticket in the future(within a year of purchase date) for a $100-$150 change fee plus any difference in the fare. Did you cancel it or were you too sick and not able to get in touch with the airlines

well at least you got that back.
I have not had the stomach flu yet but have friends that have gotten in and know that it knocks you for a loop. I had food poisoning a few months ago and everyone says it is similar and I was done for about 30 hours.

Slow here also but still doing some work.
when I had my bout of food poisoning it was a big relief when I could finally get up and walk around, instead of just running from the bed to the toilet and back.
So I know what you mean.
Ah, the simple pleasures in life!
