I'd give it a 6.5. Maybe a 7 because I wasn't expecting much.

It is more on form with 11 than 12. More about the heist than just a random series of events. Not much of a story or about the characters. Just really about the job. Still pretty slick. A good time waster. Had me laughing. I didn't know Pacino was in it. He did a good job.

I've gone the other way now. If it is a big budget effects flick, I'd rather wait for the hd-dvd. If it is something else, I'm more likely to go to the theater. For the new fantastic 4, transformers, or Resident Evil then I'll wait.

BTW, the picture quality in the theater was real crap. You don't want cam releases. wait for at least a good tele-sync.
