Shreck 3
Without giving anything away, it was a good laugh.
The best laugh I had was when the Wizard Merlyn showed up in his sandals with white socks and my wife said:
"Same like a German" 5555555
I almost got that popcorn stuck in my throat :-)

That's a bit of a shame Falanger, you have to see those movies on the big screen. It ruins it with those copy's. You just really miss out.

I saw the movie about two months ago. It was amusing, but nothing special, IMHO. When I have a hard time remembering what the plot was about, then I have to say it was a pretty forgettable movie. I remember that Shrek didn't want to be king, so he went and dragged some little relative of the wife into the action, and, of course, there was some bad guy trying to thwart them. The wizard character was interesting. The whole story was a take-off on the "The Sword in the Stone," the King Arthur movie.
All in all, an OK movie. Not bad, not great. Pleasant way to spend a few hours if you've nothing better to do.

Went and saw the latest instalment in the Shrek series with my wife the other night. We had been warned that it was a little lame compared to the others. But I must say we both enjoyed Shrek 3. I think it was quite good and funny, especially considering it's really just a kids film.
As for watching Shrek in different languages, one of the funniest things I've found is too choose an amusing moment from a movie. Take Shrek 1 at the end when Donkey bursts through the church window and shouts "I'm a donkey on the edge" and then go back and change the language settings. Hearing this yelled in some languages is just hilarious.
