Thai Cinema/Movie Theatre's Question

Are the movies 'cut' in Thailand, in the movie theatres? IE overly violent scenes etc etc

Because Rambo 4 comes out soon and i'd like to see it as i imagine it'll be out around about the time i'm there, so it would be 'nice' to see it with the tilak... but if its going to be cut to shreds like some countries versions (as its pretty violent), then i'd rather see it in the UK in its full form.

Thanks

Not cut.

Should be fine - if anything there doesn't seem to be any rating system here.

HBO makes me laff when they cut all the death scenes out of films like Final Destination making it totally pointless.

films here are occasionally cut but not usually for violence.

there is a rating system for television programmes which was introduced recently so i guess one for the cinema might not be far behind.
