Damn good film!

This movie is to arms dealing as "Blow"(2001 - Johnny Depp/Penelope Cruz) was to cocaine dealing.

Very strong performances by Nicolas Cage, Bridget Moynahan, and Ethan Hawke. Jared Leto's performance in a supporting role is exceptional.

The line I like best was when N. Cage's wife(B. Moynahan), finds out he is an arms dealer, and says that she can't wear the fancy clothes, diamonds, or live in the swanky home anymore because they are bought with blood money. She asks Cage to give up the arms dealing for her love. You know he loves her more than anything, but he says he can't. She says we don't need the money; we have enough!" He says. "It's not the money!" Desparate, and pleading with her eyes, she turns to him and says, "If it's not the money, then what? Why can't you give it up?" He looks at her, winces a little, and quietly says, "Because I'm good at it." I know exactly how he feels.

i didnt know mrs bardy(as in tom) was in that movie

That's weird, because it is pretty much the opposite of comedy. Very dramatic, in some ways tragic. Not a feel-good movie!
