philippines or cambodia?

I've been to cambodia but never to the philippines. i had an ok time in cambodia and everything was cheap most of the time(except for the times i was ripped off and scamed). the one thing i worried about in cambodia was the hiv rate. i was just too afraid to do much with the cambodian girls. is hiv a big issue in the philippines like it is in cambodia?

Well as long as you don’t practice unsafe sex like your screen name suggests you should be relatively safe (within reason). Otherwise, the safest coarse of action is to just say home.....not trying to be a smartass, but I think you already know the answer to your own question.
