According to my AC nightlife correspondent currently residing in an undisclosed ago go, everything is back to 'normal'.
Just interesting to hear of such a story even reaching news level.

Apparently there is a very large scene for the LB's in AC and Cebu too

Fortunately that is NOT true - very few LB's and none allowed to work in bars/gogo's - thank feck!

(Cebu not so sure - I dont recall seeing any there).

I'll confirm that too Kev.
I aint spotted one LB here in Angeles yet.
The closest thing I seen, was a few Hashers hangin out at a bar, around the corner from my hotel last Saturday 55555555555

As for the no barfine rules......The way they get around that now, is to show on paper, that you have paid for X amount of lady drinks = to what the barfine is.

Cebu is great, a centrally located nightlife area on Mango Ave, no ladyboys around.
Just my observation it seems that the Cebu woman's breastes seem larger, must be something in the milk for that island.

Yep have never seen one LB there. Funny thing is I have run into 5 Filipino LBs here in California.
