Hi thinking of doing quick side trip to Saigon Any information on hotels prefer close to some good bars with pool tables etc. would be much appreciated

Dave - I've stayed at the Oscar hotel, don't know if the location is what you are looking for but was ok for me.

mate i stayed at the mini hotels , only $12 a night and clean , there are plenty in district 1

Thanks for the advice ended up just winging it staying in district 1 backbackers area having good time, hope to be in Phuket around the 14th March
