Need Hotel Recommendations (Details Inside)
(edit)
IN CHIANG MAI ;-)
(/edit)
Price: <1000 Baht/night
Location: Some place relativly quiet (Not on top of a disco). I like to sleep at night. (I know, I'm strange)
Guest Friendly: Sure.
Bars: Doesn't need to be located near any bars. I don't drink. I'll only be heading to bars to find a companion (see my previous thread).
Facilities: Don't care about a pool. Within walking distance of food and a place to book tours/travel. Would be nice if I could find a motorbike rental easily as well. My room MUST have air conditioning and hot water.
For suggestions, I'd be looking at two type of places:
1. Something in the city that meets all of my needs
2. Something out in the country, that might not be as convenient but offers great views.
Any thoughts would be great.

Mr. Faulty hit the nail on the head. Looking for advice around Chiang Mai, where I hope for the first time I will be able to go outside in Thailand and not have my shirt change colors instantly (from the sweat).

Hmm, does for me. After clicking "New Posts", the column on the righthand side shows "Forum". I wonder whether this is a privilege thing. Would be very useful for all to have. Will check with Nicke.

Its there unless your browser window is too narrow, then it scrolls off to the right of the page.

DOH.. Looking to the left.. Not the right..
Yes can see it there.. Always have been able to.. (note to self.. read the instuctions)..
This is I just open all the threads with firefox tabs.. Then browse each one closing the tabs as I go..
Have noticed recently the 'new posts' (arrow before thread title) which used to be hit and miss with me is now spot on.. Yet someone else reported issues..
