My email is getting full

All of a sudden for some reason a week or so ago, I started getting an email everytime someone posted in a thread I replied into.

I thought it was ok to begin with but this is getting crazy now.

How do I make it stop?????

Look at your latest emails, if sent by the new version of the forum you can turn it off just by clicking on one link (Either the specific thread or all forum threads) without having to login.

Otherwise, you can turn it off in your control panel. Also, remember, the forum only remind you one time for one thread, not for every reply to your post in a thread.

That happened to me aswell for a few weeks but it now seems to have slowed off a bit,it was getting ridiculous especially "arrival counter to mtb" and "whats your date of birth?"

Were exactly do i turn it off in cp?

Control Panel -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode (Dropdown box)

And then also go an list subscriptions and unsubscribe from any its already added..
