Printer software

A bit of help required. on the quiet like

OK there is a printer in work that I want to use to do a little bit of printing using my laptop.

So I have been to the HP website found the printer and where to download the software,

Hang on it has Driver, Universal print driver, Firmware & Software.

Any ideas on which ones I have to download to my laptop to use the printer.

I'd download the lot and install them all. No point missing any and finding the printer won't work.
You can always uninstall them afterwards.

Ask your IT department at work, they should give you exactly what you need.

There not suppose to know.

Its too complicated anyway, There's no actual pc there just a router, monitor & printer then Its all connected throught the intranet which runs through the country.
