Oh yippie, You Tube is going to start selling advertising now. More revenue for Google. Klav's probably not gonna like this.

Will be interesting to watch what's going to be the impact of Google Ad's on every privat "commercialised" website ....

Or is that completely unrelated, can someone shed some light on that ?

Tell you what, I think I have posted this last year somewhere on this board already.

I'm still devistated that I didn't buy Google when they went IPO at 90$, watching it going up all the way to 500$ without reacting. Blinded like a deer in the spotlight unable to carry out any action.

Sh*t, could have been sorted big time today, well, just continue watching, there's always the next IBM, MS, Yahoo, Amazon, Google year after year...

Dont discuss individual trades - sorry ... had GOOG a good while (early '05) though but as part of my long term portfolio.

Well the earnings report went well as did the conference call. It's a good thing I bought $250,000. of GOOG just before closing. This has helped my CNBC fantasy portfolio out nicely!!

Earnings were good but stock came off 1% post market - normal price action - (buy the rumour - sell the fact) ....European session GOOG up at $489 ~ +2%, so nice result and market supportive.

UBS raised price target to $580.
