I wanted to ask if other BMs are getting emails from these People ?

I have recived about 5 emails in the past month or so ?
sent them a few emails asking to be removed from there list
with no luck.

How did they get your email? But they should in any case remove you if you ask for that.

I get em too.
They are from ayudhya.net the real estate company.
I have made a few enquiries with them in the past & it appears I'm on their mailing list too.
Try contacting them.
