Elderly retired couple looking for a rental home or condo for the months of January and February. Location is open, but home must be furnished with AC, kitchen, 2-3 bedrooms, and cable TV. The residence in Kalim has 2 bed serviced apartments.. probably run to at least 60k per month if 2 months at high season though..

Go on line to the Phuket Gazette and have a look at their property section. You may be lucky and will get a feel for prices etc.

you said your a retired elderly couple? what are your interests? why i am asking is because you could get cheaper accomodations away from patong, in raiwai or chalong. chalong is quite reasonable

The elderly retired couple are actually my boyfriend's parents. I think they are mosty interested in vegetating, drinks in hand. I live in Chalong, so I hope to find something in the area (though not necessarily right next door to me!

). Could be Rawai or Naiharn, but yeah, something peaceful.
I thought maybe posting here would be a short cut to finding a place, but I've been looking elsewhere as well. There are alot more amusing threads in these forums, that's for sure.
