I think you need to give us an in depth knowledge of your culinary scene in the UK
I would certainly seek you guidance regarding venison, aberdeen angus, free range reared pork, scottish salmon....................................

Maybe i was just unlucky with the restaurants i went to. I do however like fish and chips! cant go wrong with that. Sorry G and all others who took offense. But i realy didnt like the English restaurants that ive tried.
