utility bill question

I am coming to the end of a 3 month stay in a room in an apartment block. One room and a bathroom

What can I reasonably expect to have to pay the landlord for water and electricity?

I have a fridge, shower, TV (dont watch much) aircon (dont use it, I bought a big fan which is on maybe 14/24).

Any thoughts, many TIA.

Depends on too many factors.. AC running full time can be as much as 2 - 3k per AC unti even at gov rates.. Is the landlord agreeing Gov rates with you are are they adding to the costs (very common) ??

Fan living should only be a few 100 baht per month..

Dale

I pay on average about 300 baht per month for elctric and about 150-200 Baht for water and that's in a 3 bedroom house (with 2-4 people living there), so I would reckon on 500 baht per month utilities.

If that's any help

All apartment buildings and even some rental houses put a premium on the utility bills. Sometimes this can be as much a third.

However, if u never use your aircon you should be only looking at a couple of hundred baht.

Many thanks.
There was no charge for water, and the 3 months electric came to 765b.
