Not so easy to find as most banks have none available.
Maybe you can buy your own safe?
Maybe a business opportunity for someone, I think there is a demand for this.

Yeah I thought that a mailboxes and safety deposit was a good biz idea.. Low outlay and if it goes dull you can always run with the boxes !!!

Kind of on the same topic, is there a place to store your luggage in Phuket if needed?
We left our luggage with the mini bus operator in Samui for 3 days when we went to Koh Phangan. It was a little risky but everything was still there when we got back.
Think it would also be a good idea in Phuket for trips to Phi Phi and liveaboards, etc...

So basically its impossible to get one...ok, that sucks.
Guess the safe option is the way to go then.
Thanks.

Dump it in the sea of one of the jetskis....
Nah, I have a place where I live here, but would like the added security of a place with access control, like a bank. But if thats not possible, then it's in my place I guess.

Just a thought, the Green View Resort has safety boxes for the rooms that require 2 keys, and have an interior box much like you'd see at a bank. As we move into low season they might be open to the idea of renting one out longer term. I can't vouch for the fact they don't have a duplicate to the 2nd key though.
