A so called *GOOD* bar on Bangla will cost you around THB5m. Have you read anything on this forum about buying and running bars and businesses in Thailand. There are lots of discussions which contain valuable information which you should read.

Also have you taken note of anything said in any of the replies to your posts??

However what experience do you have in hospitality ??
What will make your bar one where people will go to ??
What circle of contacts do you have here ??

A bar is made or broken mainly on its owner / hosts social abilities.. Theres much more to it than simply getting a few girls and buying in some beer.. Even simple things like getting and keeping a good stable of talent to work in your bar can prove tough without a thai GF who knows the score to go and recruit them and manage them and thier lives and problems.

Personally the dream of bar ownership would not be my choice.. as appealing as a life of non stop late nights drinking etc may sound a few months or years later the physiucal and mental toll of that is not something that everyone can handle.
