Need help installing computer RAM

Ok, I might look like a dork asking this but here it goes. I need some help with installing some extra RAM (512MB) in my Sony Vaio.

I have the additional RAM, so I wont need to buy it, but I wont wreck my computer trying to put it in, as Im sure I will after having fiddled with it a bit today.

Does anyone know here I can get some help for this?

If you are in Patong, just bring it to one of the computershops in Central or Big C, they will probably do it for free.......The small one downstairs in Big C have been very helpfull to me.........

Send me a PM with your E-Mail Addy and i send you the Service Manual for your Notebook in Adobe-PDF Format. On Page 122 you will find the exact steps to upgrade your RAM. Its easy to change by yourself. Should only take you five minutes.
