Weight bench
Anyone seen where I could buy a simple incline bench with those spotters (whatever you call those supports)..
I thought I had seen them in either Lotus, Big C, or the sports shop in central but they dont have a basic item (or long bars) only huge multi gym things, treadmills, rowing style, etc..
Simple incline bench and long bars and large weight plates wanted.. Dont want to spend much.. Shouldnt be expensive..

Thought I have seen them in Central third floor that big sports shop, certain they have all the big multi gym jobbies but think I saw a simple bench and know they have single weights or sets.

Can't help with where, but maybe with what.
If you have a choice between bars and dumbs for this exercise, go with the dumbs. Same same for military press. Better range of motion, and less chance for injury (rotator cuff). With a bar, your hands are in a locked position, which is unnatural at an angle and for overhead. OK for flat bench though.

Phuket town
As you drive into Phuket town from the monument (surin area) you keep going straight instead of making a right on the bypass road as you enter Phuket town and go through the first traffic light you still go straight and you see a video store on the left and furniture store on the right corner. If you keep going about five to seven more stores down there is a place that sell cheap bench presses and bars and Thai boxing shorts and futbol stuff. However I don't like the weights they sell so I buy them when they go on sale at central.
Cheers!

Yup thats the place but only buy the bench as the sets are very old with the old style nut to hold the wieght inplace instead of the lever type.
Kind of a funny place as they have a huge badminton racket and tennis racket on display.
