Mai Thai Bar is in Soi Eric on right hand side of Bangla as you walk towards the beach, left hand side if you come up from the beach.

Faulty Towers is on small soi to the left of Taipan Disco as you look at it from the end of Bangla Road. Just go up the soi (street) and you will see it on the right before you get to the Expat Hotel.

Casa Summer Breeze always have some US Expats
hanging around in the bar.
Anderstand manny US boys meet eachother there

I haven't hung out at Summer Breeze really, but will come by for a site inspection

In Phuket there isn't really an American hang out scene like Chiang mai and probably Bkk. There just aren't as many Americans as Euro's.

There are so many brits (usually on the run) that they and the occasional drunk Scot are the guys I hang out with.

We (Americans) try to keep dispersed here and keep moving "cuz it's harder to hit a moving target"
