3 month tourist visa finished; ranong an option?

My three month tourist visa finishes late this month; anyone know if ranong will give me the visa on arrival?

You'll get a 30 day visa on arrival, is that what your after though.

What 3 month tourist visa ?? Theres no such thing !!

Theres a 60 day tourist visa and you can extend it.. Is that what you mean ??

You can get a 30 day visa waiver on entry to the country but only for 90 days in 180 days.. This is all up in the air after Jan 1st so watch out closely online..

Yes; it was the two month tourist visa with the extension.

Was hoping to get the 30 days like normal but was unclear how they were handling it now.

You can get 90 days worth (3) for sure..

Since you are at the end of your 60 day and thirty day extension you can do the Ranong trip and when you come back to Thailand you will get the 28 day stamp on arrival.

This counts as Number 1 out of a total of three that you are allowed.

Two of my mates just drove up on Tuesday and did the turnabout.Apart from the boat trip in choppy seas they had no dramas.

The Immigration department part went smoothly.
