House for rent in Patong?

Seems to be extremely busy now. But if anyone know of a small house or maybe a bungalow somewhere in patong, please give me a msg.

Dont want to pay more than 15K. Aircon is no must.

I saw some signs for the bungalows that line the Le Meridian driveway being for rent. They looked to be of decent size, but not sure of the rate. I'm sure I'll visit soon and can post more info later, but if anyone knows anything about these (between Patong and Karon), please post.

In Le Meridien I will be stunned if they are around the 15k price specified..

Another month or so and lots start coming free..

OK, I checked them out this PM. They are not affiliated with Le Meridien, but do line the road going to their Security gate. Low season rental rate in 7,500, not sure what high season rate is yet. Have to call the owner.

I looked inside one of the rooms, and it's basically like a rustic hotel room. Water and elec is not included, there is TV (very small), mini-bar and hot/cold water. No internet, but their is a cafe across the street. There is a small lawn in front of each, but I doubt you would be responsible for upkeep. Not sure what creepy crawlers can get in the room, but I would guess that they do. I'm giving this a miss, but could be good for someone that likes the rustic feel as they are fully booked (10 bungalows) at the moment.

WOW not bad.. Only a room but none the less..

Not having been down in Le Meridien I always assumed they were hotel accommodations..

Make sure you have your own meter and do your own baseline tests. Turn everything off and make sure the meter doesn't spin. You don't want any nasty surprises. Be clear on the unit rate.

The best thing to do is apply lots of alcohol Joyep. Once Major T and Geir have had a Gin and Tonic or seven I can understand them perfectly! 55555

You are doing fine, don't worry about the verbs, just post!

Erik, have a little drive round its the quickest and easiest way. We went looking a couple of days ago for Oliver, we were looking for one room apartments but found one on Nanai 8k, one on sai nam yen 7k and one on what we call soi duncan at 3.5k. We were only looking for a couple of hours and only at locations we thought he would get a place less than 10k. Take a thai girl with you and get her to pop in on your behalf, stay out of sight and you will get all sorts of places offered and at Thai costs.

I think Erik is looking for a house. Rooms/apartments is more easy to find.

Girls at MTB got a room for Sishow, 7000 baht/month.

And he has done Fu*k all but complain about it since he moved in, better to spend a little more and enjoy it than slum it and regret it i think.

They have fixed the MAJOR problems now, so it aint that bad. Well apart from living to close to Nicke and his table-tennis sessions.

Besides I was only complaining in front of Dodger and Hobbsy so that they would put me up in their pool-houses and then give me a job. But alas no, they never got the hints!
