Any expats out there, that would like to meet in the early evening to play basketball 2 or 3 times a week? Just some pick up games playing 3 on 3. To old and out of shape for anything full court. I have seen courts around the island but never anyone playing.

Not sure how many other guys want to play but I like playing threes better than full court anyways (get the ball more)

I'd be up for it but with a shotty knee, I couldn't go too hard. I haven't played since I was in the US 3 years ago.

i don't think any of us are in best shape of our lives. just have some fun and drink a few energizing singha's afterwards.

a few more then we are there. start setting a place up to meet. not sure where anyone else is. i am kathu.

Last time I was checking for basketball the baskets were broken at one school, at the other school on phrabaramee road the time after school and dark is short and often lots of other sports activities on the same field some times.

Just saw Super Sports have baskets ranging from 5000-9000 baht.

How about Kathu, do they have any basket courts?

One problem for me is I am in Kamalalala

Hang on, second problem is I am only 5' 6" tall and thirdly, slightly overweight BUT...............I do have trainers (With one slight scuff!)

There are 2 or 4 courts in Suan Luang on Chao Fa rd (east) just outside phuket town.

someone name a location, date, and time... see if we can get this started on a 2 or 3 day weekly basis... i've gained 15kilos of chang beer, BGs tell me i am having a baby, and i have no vertical jump.

we can change places weekly since most of us are from different areas on the island.
