Andaman Club / Ranong

I did a search but did not find anything update.

On my return to Phuket next week I was planning on taking a bus from BKK to Ranong to get my visa stamped.

Anyone recently used the Andaman Club?

Do they offer pick up at bus station? Cost? or is it better to use a MB taxi and what to expect to pay?

Any other suggestions appreciated as well

The Andaman Club pier is about 2-3 km from the bus terminal. There's a TH Immigration checkpoint right there just for the casino high rollers and you. Andaman Club takes 850 for the ferry ride RT. Sorry, no info on any transfer service from bus station. But should be no problem, plenty taxis and MC around.

To save THB you can check out from TH Immigration downtown ofiice and use the longtail boats from nearby to the nearest Burmese port of entry.

But this is much more civilized:

Take EVE Visa Run's service from Phuket. Used it about 6x already and loved it. Faster and more convenient than big bus. Also Eve greases the wheels if needed. THB 1500 total, all inclusive, door to door. Ph O81 535 2637. Tell'er Mr Jerry sent ya.
