The bar you are talking about is when you enter soi eric the first lot of girls try to get you to seat down and order a pizza or something. and they had uniforms on.
why when owners are trying to sell a bar they never put the price up.
well it is Thailand and a suppose you have to haggle on the price.
would be nice just to get a rough idea with out contacting them.
