Sending papers/post from Uk to LOS

Hi all

Im about to come to Patong to do a few months work , and am just wondering what you have found the most reliable method to get papers back and forward between UK and Phuket , and vice versa.
Im thinking here of my letters which arrive to my home adress in London, which I want sent to Thailand once a month , so I can see what bills etc I have . I may then want to send them back to UK in some cases.
I was thinking DHL , but that looks expensive.
What reliable methods have you guys found in dealing with this kind of problem?

any help appreciated

cheers

Bill

Welcome to the board-

This has been asked before and you will get a range of replies. It will depend largely on how honest your postmans is.

My experinces have been very bad with recieving mail from the UK (or overseas) - most has never arrived. Best is to use a curier service despite the cost if the items you are recieving from home are of value/importance.

Sending mail has been more of a success - take the mail in person to the post office and make sure to stand and watch them fix the sticker/stamps and frank it before you leve the counter.
