Looking for Shop House or small shop

Hey Guys,

If anyone hears of anything that might be available, could you please let me know.

I'm looking for a shop house or just a small shop somewhere in Patong, not on Bangla Road but could be on any other road where it has a spot nearby for parking.

Dingo:

There heaps of brand new ones all over town.For example:

1: The Street leading from top of Sans Sabai to Jungceylon Road are ready.

2: Soi Sea Pearl has a lot of two storey rentals all ready to move into.

Both these areas have plenty of parking.

Dingo there are tons around, almost every berking street? Big ones in Ratty road opposite the market, 3 units in all, will split. Would be easier to recommend if you told us what for, but if you told us what for, we would then know and open our own pet food shop in competition!!

Cheers guys, I'll get out and scout around to check em out. I wasn't sure if anyone here had something they were wanting to rent out as I'd rather go BM support first.

There is also a new street with shop houses being built apposite Club Andman and next to Andaman beach suites.

But as others said, its plenty around Patong these days, some places bloody expensive thought.

Very true Nicke, not looking at paying 60 - 80,000 per month for a shophouse though. Will keep the search going

I miss the old rows of shops we had opposite Shark Club in the past, a unit costed 13,000/month I think, and was rented out by a government company.

I was on the bus to Phuket and I noticed that there are a lot over in Kathu.These would be cheaper that Patong.

I was talking about the ones near the golf driving range and the Little Ex Pat Bar.
