NON-B in Sweden
I never knew if it was possible or not, but I heard now that a Swedish bar owner got his 1 year NON-B multiple in Sweden. So they can issue it.
If you can do it in KL/Penang, then Sweden isnt a problem either, as long you hold a work permit.
Just to let you know, as I thought before Sweden may only give maximum single entry (3 months).

Visa Questions
Nicke,
I'm planning a trip back to Patong in December and hoping to stay for 4-5 months. I'm getting really confused with the VISA rules and I'm hoping that You, or anyone else for that matter, can give me some information on how I can pull this off. Someone told me that I can apply for a 60 day, double entry VISA here in Sweden and then extend it up to an extra 30 days in Phuket !?
Any help is highly appreciated !
Many Thanx.

Just get a 60 day visa. Extend it with another 30 days at an immigration office here in Thailand. Thats 3 months. Then head over to Malaysia to get a new 60 day visa. If you decide to stay longer than 5 months, just extend it again.
This procedure can be done over and over again.
The trip to Malaysia for a new visa will cost you about 5000 bath (1000sek) and the extension of the visa is 1900 bath.

Why not just get a 12 month Imm 'o' and just go for the visa run after 90 days, no extension needed. Visa run to Ranong 1500bht, one day lost to mongering but not night!!

I dont think that one is easy obtainable in Sweden if you are a tourist. Most likely a tourist can get a 60+30 days tourist visa.
